ENTRANCE PLAN

We want to make sure every part of your Anime NYC experience, including your grand entry, is seamless and enjoyable, so we are introducing a new and improved Entrance Plan for 2023. Please read below to find out which Entrance makes the most sense for you.

Javits Center Fan Entry – GREEN ENTRANCE

  • Signs and Crew will direct you towards the Javits Center GREEN ENTRANCE which is THE ONLY FAN ENTRANCE to the show (excluding Accessibility).
  • The GREEN ENTRANCE, which is located at the Javits Center Inner Roadway on West 34th Street, will open at 7:30 AM on Friday and 6:30 AM on Saturday & Sunday for queueing. The interior Queue Hall will open shortly after.
  • Once the Queue Hall is full, a line will then form outdoors within the Inner Roadway. Please note that the show does not open until 2 PM on Friday, and 10 AM on Saturday and Sunday.

Bag, Prop Check & Magnetometers

  • All attendees will be going through magnetometers upon arrival to the show. Cosplay props will also be inspected prior to entry into the building. Make sure you review Anime NYC’s policies before attending the event. Confiscated items will not be held.

Coat & Bag Check

  • Coat and Bag checks will be located throughout the Javits pre-function spaces.

Javits Center Accessible Entry – ORANGE ENTRANCE ​​​​​​

We are introducing a dedicated entrance solely for those with ADA-related needs. Please use the ORANGE ENTRANCE on 11th Ave. You will be able to comfortably and easily enter the show. When you enter this dedicated entrance, the ADA check-in desk will be straight ahead.

Javits Center Professional Entry – BLUE ENTRANCE

Pro, Press, Exhibitors, Artist Alley, Panelist, and Influencer, ANYC+ Badge holders have a dedicated entrance. Please use the BLUE ENTRANCE  on 11th Ave. Please have your QR code and matching ID ready to be shown at the door for entry.
