RESERVATION DETAILS

YOU MUST HAVE A BADGE VALID FOR THE DAY OF THE PANEL IN ORDER TO MAKE A RESERVATION

IF YOUR BADGE IS NOT VALID FOR THE DAY OF THE PANEL (ie: you have a Sunday badge, but the panel is on Saturday) THAT PANEL WILL NOT APPEAR FOR YOU ON THE RESERVATION PAGE.

While we expect them to fill quickly, they will remain open until the actual panel date and time so that if anyone cancels their reservation, it can be reclaimed. Cancelled reservations are automatically re-added into inventory, so we encourage you to check back throughout.

In order to make a reservation, you must either login to your Leap Conventions account or have access to your badge confirmation email from [email protected]

If you cannot find your email, contact [email protected] from the email address that was used to purchase the badge and it can be re-sent.

Plan ahead—inquiries sent on the day of the reservation opening may not be answered in time.

If someone else purchased your badge for you, please contact them and ask them to send you a copy of the confirmation email.

PRO TIPS

If you haven’t answered the pop-up interest questions on your badge purchase, you will need to do so before you’re able to make reservations. You can do this early by opening up your confirmation page.

If you purchased multiple badges, please be aware that reservations must be made one at a time for each badge that you purchased. You can share your confirmation email with the other badge holders so they can make their own reservations, or you can make them all yourself. Whichever method you choose, WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND ASSIGNING A NAME OR NICKNAME TO EACH BADGE AHEAD OF TIME SO IT’S EASIER TO KEEP TRACK.

MAIN STAGE PANELS

The queue will start after the preceding panel has finished loading. If you arrive earlier and the queue for the preceding panel is still being loaded in, you will be asked to leave the area, please follow instructions given to you by staff and security.

The queue for the Main Stage will be in Hall C.

STANDBY LINES – MAIN STAGE

Standby lines will be organized when there is available physical space. This will be after the preceding panel has started, so you may be asked to come back later if you arrive too early. Please be aware that there will be a cap on the number of fans permitted in the standby line.

Please follow the instructions of our staff, crew, and security, even if it involves leaving the area due to the standby line’s full capacity. While our aim is to accommodate as many attendees as possible to enjoy a panel, the safety and well-being of everyone will always be the top priority.

FAQs

We want to ensure all high-volume panels are handled in a safe and organized fashion.

Large crowds outside the Main Stage panel room can also cause unsafe conditions. By implementing a reservation system, we hope to mitigate this and make as many fans happy as we safely can!

Every individual over the age of 5 who wishes to attend any panel that offers reservations can make a reservation—including minors.

Children ages 0-5 who are too young for a paid badge may sit on your lap. If you have a reservation and did not make one for your child and they cannot sit on your lap, you will need to find someone to watch them for you as you attend the panel or you can both join the standby line.

Onsite, we’ll establish walk-up standby lines for those who couldn’t secure reservations. These lines will be organized when there is available physical space, typically after the preceding panel has started, so you may be asked to come back later if you arrive too early.

We will have designated seating for Fans with Accessibility bracelets (who also have a Confirmed Reservation) and they will be the only individuals permitted to sit in designated ADA seating, however, you are not required to choose these seats. For more information on how to acquire an Accessibility bracelet, please click here.

Please note that any unclaimed ADA seats will be released 10 minutes prior to a panel’s start time.

We’re sorry, but reservations are distributed on a first-come-first-serve basis.

If your child does not have a Confirmed Reservation, you are responsible for ensuring they have supervision outside the Main Stage panel room as they will not be able to come inside with you.

Children ages 0-5 who are too young for a paid badge may sit on your lap. If your child cannot sit on your lap and you have a reservation, you will need to join the standby line.

You will need to present the QR code in the GrowTix badge confirmation email to enter the Main Stage panel room as your Confirmed Reservation is attached to it. If you do not have a copy of the email with the QR code, you will need to contact the person who bought your badges and ask them to forward you one.

If they cannot find their email, they can contact [email protected] from the email address that was used to purchase the badge and it can be re-sent to them.

Plan ahead—inquiries sent during show hours may not be answered in time as all our Staff is onsite.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee this. If you want to sit together, you will need to be with your entire party when you arrive. Saving seats will not be permitted and Anime NYC Staff will be condensing fans to ensure as many fans can enjoy the panel as possible.

No. Saving seats will not be permitted and Anime NYC Staff will be condensing fans to ensure as many fans can enjoy the panel as possible.

You are, of course, allowed to leave to use the restroom, but please speak to a Crew or Staff member as you exit so will let you back in. The QR code that was scanned will not allow for re-entry.

Yes! (And we appreciate you doing so!) You can cancel your reservation by logging into your Leap Conventions account online or by accessing it via your confirmation email and clicking the red X next to the panel on your itinerary, followed by the red REMOVE button.

Sorry! We are unable to re-add reservations tickets if they have all been claimed.

Yes! A cancelled reservation will immediately become available for another fan to claim in Leap Conventions.

Unfortunately, once the room hits capacity we cannot allow more people into the room, even if someone leaves. The logistical challenge of finding and filling abandoned seats is too difficult and is also distracting to those watching the panel.
