Chang is a Taiwanese American actor and writer. He has appeared on NBC and Adult Swim and adapted English anime scripts for companies like Netflix, Funimation, and OkraTron5000.

As a lyricist, he has collaborated with artists like Interlunium, Sapphire, and Cristina Vee, and has had his work featured in TikTok ads playing on billboards in Tokyo.
