In addition to a concert ticket, a badge valid for Friday admission such as a Friday, 4-Day, or Anime NYC+ badge is required to attend the concert. Photo ID will be required to pick up your tickets on-site — the name on the ID must match the name on the ticket in order for you to claim your concert ticket. Tickets will be in the form of a wristband and must be placed on your wrist by a crew member.

Ticket holders will be admitted by in the following order: GOLD, SILVER, BRONZE, and GENERAL ADMISSION

GOLD TICKET – SOLD OUT

  • Gold ticket holders are the first seating group with guaranteed** seating in the Gold area.

SILVER TICKET – SOLD OUT

  • Silver ticket holders are the second seating group with guaranteed** seating in the Silver area.

BRONZE TICKET – SOLD OUT

  • Bronze ticket holders are the third seating group with guaranteed** seating in the Bronze area.

GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET – SOLD OUT

  • General Admission ticket holders are the final seating group and can pick seating in the General Admission seating area.

*All tickets are subject to a 8.875% New York sales tax
**Seating in Gold/Silver/Bronze ticket area is guaranteed as long as you are in line before your group loads.

Sorry, no. An ANYC badge valid for attendance on Friday (such as a Friday, 4-Day, or AnimeNYC+ badge) is required in addition to the ticket to attend the concert.

To ensure that you are able to select seating for Gold, Silver, or Bronze ticket types, you must be in line before your group is let in. If you arrive late, preferred seating is not guaranteed.

Only if tickets are not sold out online. If they are sold out online, they will not be available for purchase on-site.

Yes, as long as the ticket type you wish to upgrade to is still available. To do so, please click on the “View Your Order Online” link in your Leap Conventions confirmation email. You will be taken to a page where you can upgrade your ticket. If you require assistance, please email [email protected].

Please select the “ADA Accommodations Request” item when purchasing your ticket. If you are purchasing multiple tickets and more than one member of your party requires ADA accommodations, please select the number of “ADA Accommodations Requests” that your party requires.

Those with ADA needs will be let in with the group they have purchased tickets for. You will not be let in ahead of your ticket type.

If your child (under age 6) can fit on your lap, they are welcome to attend the concert without a ticket. If they require a seat, you will need to purchase a ticket for them.

The person who bought your tickets can put the tickets under your name by clicking on the “View Your Order Online” link in their confirmation email and associating the ticket with your name.

Please associate the tickets under your name and accompany your child and bring your own ID to pick up the tickets.
