BADGE INFORMATION

Purchase of a Anime NYC badge signifies agreement to the linked terms and conditions.

Badges purchased with shipping will start shipping in round starting May 2026. Please see the badge mailing schedule to check when your badge will be shipped. BADGES WILL NOT BE MAILED IMMEDIATELY AFTER YOUR ORDER. International badges (including territories outside the domestic US) will not be shipped and will be held for pick up onsite (if you opted for a Shipped badge, the shipping fee will be converted into a pickup fee).

We do not ship badges Internationally, which includes Canada and Mexico, or to territories outside the domestic United States. If you are an international fan or reside in a territory outside the domestic US, your badge will need to be picked up — see below more more badge pick up details.

All badge sales are final with no refunds or cancellations available.

The QR code is not sufficient for entry; a physical badge is required.

Badges not shipped in advance can be picked up at one of our retail locations.

Please keep your badge in a safe place once you receive it. Badges that are lost or stolen cannot be replaced.

MERCH INFORMATION

Ordered merch? 2026 Official Merch is NOT shipped and will need to be picked up on-site at the official Anime NYC merch booth (a badge is required).

Vintage merch ordered before July 31st will be shipped separately within 2-3 weeks of your purchase.

All other merch must be picked up on-site from the official Anime NYC merch booth during the show (a badge is required). Unclaimed merch will not be shipped or refunded.

We do not ship merch Internationally, which includes Canada and Mexico, or to territories outside the domestic United States. If you are an international fan or reside in a territory outside the domestic US, you will need to pick up your merch from our official Anime NYC merch booth during the show. (A badge is required.)
