You probably know James Carter Cathcart as the voice of Team Rocket’s James on Pokemon – a role he’s called his own since the Hoenn Saga. But you probably don’t know he’s also the voice of Meowth!

If you’re not into Pokemon, maybe you remember him as the voice of the underhanded Weevil Underwood in Yu-Gi-Oh! or Vector the Crocodile in Sonic X. He’s also Miki Kaoru in Revolutionary Girl Utena, Maeno in Ping Pong Club, and Prince Philionel el de Saillune in Slayers.

A proud American (and New Jersey-ian), James is influenced by Pop, Rock, Jazz, and Classical styles and he has both performed and recorded music alongside notable artists such as John Tesh, Ace Frehley, Gerry Mulligan, Garland Jeffreys, and Katey Sagal, among many, many more!
