General Rules

  1. Please be respectful of the talent you are meeting with along with event staff. Any harassment will not be tolerated and could result in expulsion from the event.
  2. Please refrain from any mention of personal information per the talent you are meeting with. Refusal to do so could result in expulsion from the event.
  3. Please be mindful of your Petit Greetings / Meet & Greet time out of courtesy to your fellow attendee.
  4. Out of courtesy for other event attendees to avoid crowding, only the winner of the Petit Greetings may line up. We kindly ask for companions to wait elsewhere.
  5. Meet & Greet ticket holders may have someone accompany them (if space allows), but only the ticket holder may enter the booth.
  6. You can queue for your Petit Greetings / Meet & Greet 15 minutes prior to your assigned time. There is limited space and you may be asked to leave and return later if you are too early — please follow staff instructions to avoid overcrowding.
  7. Please do not be late. Petit Greetings /Meet & Greets are not guaranteed if you arrive 10 minutes past your assigned time.

PETIT GREETINGS

Yes you can! The physical badge is not required to enter. More information on how to enter can be found on our Lottery page!

It varies with each guest, but there are typically 10 winners for each Petit Greetings session.

No. You can enter any time during the lottery period. Entering early does not increase your chances of winning.

Each guest has their own lottery. You can enter as many lotteries as you want, but you can only enter each of them once. Entering the same lottery multiple times does not increase your chances of winning. Duplicate entries will be deleted and repeated attempts at duplicate entries may void all your lottery entries without notification.

Attempts to by pass the one entry per person rule may void all your lottery entries without notification.

Yes. You must enter with your full real name, and this name must match your Photo ID. If you win, you must bring your Photo ID with you to claim your Petit Greetings ticket. If your name does not match your ID, you will be unable to claim your Petit Greetings ticket.

If your child is a minor and does not have a photo ID, there will be an option on the lottery page for you to indicate as such. Please note that your child must have a badge to enter the lottery. You can show your own photo ID during ticket pick up, along something official with your child’s name on it, such as a school report card or school notice.

No. Petit Greetings tickets are non-transferable.

Yes, each lottery is run independently. Winning or losing one doesn’t impact your chances to win another.

No, you cannot switch to another guest or time slot.

Petit Greetings tickets must be purchased prior to the event.

GENERAL SALE MEET & GREETS

Yes, you can pass on the QR code for your Meet & Greet ticket to another person to use. Please that this only applies to VTubers participating in General ticket sales (Feileacan Cu). Petit Greeting tickets for hololive Production talents are NOT transferable.

If space allows, a friend can accompany you while you queue, but ONLY the ticket holder can enter the booth for the Meet & Greet.

We can make exceptions in these specific cases.

If your child is underage, you are welcome to accompany them.

If you have a specific medical need and need a helper present, we can accommodate this.

For talent with general on-sale tickets, tickets will be available to purchase on-site if they have not sold out on-line.
